简历介绍:

  刘长梅,女,博士,研究员,博士生导师,干细胞与神经发育疾病研究组组长,中国科学院大学岗位教授。
  2004年博士毕业于中国协和医科大学生化与分子生物学系。2004年到2008年在中国科学院微生物研究所工作,先后任助理研究员和副研究员。2008年起分别在美国新墨西哥大学和约翰霍普金斯大学做博士后研究。2015年加入中国科学院动物研究所,主要从事神经发生、神经再生、神经退行性疾病与神经发育疾病相关研究,研究成果发表在Cell Stem Cell、Nature Neuroscience、Nature Communication、Genes & Development、Neuroscientist、Journal of Neuroscience、Stem Cell Reports等国际学术期刊上。

研究领域:

  利用多种干细胞与神经发育、神经损伤及神经退行性疾病模型,研究神经干细胞自我更新和分化潜能的分子机理, 探索神经损伤与再生修复机制,揭示相关神经疾病发生发展的致病机理,建立干细胞介导的神经系统相关疾病的治疗。研究组主要研究方向:(1)染色质动态修饰调控神经发育;(2)神经损伤修复调控机制;(3)人源功能性神经前体细胞的定向分化;(4) 干细胞治疗的转化研究。
